Is it possible to change your guild hall after you selected one?

Indeed it is. It'll set you back another Celestial Sigil, though. Because Sigils are so prohibitively expensive, what with the recent farming nerfs. Damn ANet.

It's not that bad if you're in a guild of +/- 8 players, each should be able to put in around 6-8k.
